Padel: The Marche region launches the first mixed team championship in Italy
The Italian Tennis and Padel Federation (FITP) of the Marche region has announced an important new development for all fans of the sport. The region has launched the first edition of the Coppa Marche Padel TPRA, a mixed team competition that represents an unprecedented event in the Italian national landscape.
This tournament is designed to involve amateur players and aims to promote active participation throughout the region. The mixed team format, which requires the presence of both men and women on the same team, aims to make padel an increasingly inclusive and dynamic sport.
Registration for the championship is now officially open. Those interested can sign up from September 23rd until October 18th. This is a significant opportunity for clubs in the Marche region, which will be able to compete in a tournament organized according to the standards of the TPRA circuit.
With this initiative, the Marche region confirms its position as a leader in the promotion of padel in Italy. The goal of the FITP is to create a model that can also be followed in other parts of the country, encouraging teamwork and socialization through sports activity.
The organizers invite all players to consult the official FITP Marche website to learn the details of the regulations and how to register. The success of this project will depend on the participation of local clubs, which are ready to take to the court for this new sporting challenge.
