Prosecutor's office: at the moment there is no evidence to deny Minetti a pardon
The Prosecutor's Office has indicated an initial turning point in the investigation into the Minetti case. According to what has emerged so far, there is no evidence that would allow the pardon request to be denied.
The information currently available does not lead to any change in the opinion already expressed by the Milan magistrates. This means that the elements gathered so far are not considered sufficient to review that position.
The news comes at an early stage of the investigation. For this reason, the picture may still change if new facts or new evidence emerge in the coming weeks.
For the moment, however, the assessment remains the same: no useful elements have been found to modify the opinion of the Milan magistrates on the pardon.
The case therefore continues to be followed by investigators, while any developments from the investigation are awaited.
