Frecciarossa becomes the official train of the Filming Italy Venice Award 2026
The world of cinema and the world of transport are joining forces in a new collaboration. The Frecciarossa, the high-speed train that is the symbol of Trenitalia, has been officially named the official train of the upcoming edition of the Filming Italy Venice Award, which will be held in 2026.
This partnership aims to promote Italian cinematic culture and facilitate travel to the city of Venice, home to one of the most prestigious film festivals in the world. The initiative seeks to highlight the importance of sustainable mobility, even during major international cultural events.
During the award period, passengers and festival guests will be able to take advantage of dedicated services on board Frecciarossa trains. The goal is to create a direct and comfortable connection between Italy's main cities and the Venetian lagoon, improving the travel experience for industry professionals and cinema enthusiasts alike.
The Filming Italy Venice Award thus continues to grow, consolidating its bond with the country's centers of excellence. The decision to collaborate with the FS Italiane Group confirms the organizers' commitment to showcasing Italy's artistic heritage and national transport system within a context of great global visibility.
