Simple Minds return to Italy: two concerts to celebrate 50 years of their career
The historic Scottish band Simple Minds has announced a major return to Italy. The group, a staple of the international music scene since the 70s, has chosen our country to celebrate an exceptional milestone: 50 years of artistic activity.
Italian fans will be able to attend two exclusive concerts in the spring of 2027. The first date is scheduled for April 16 in Milan, while the following day, April 17, the band will perform in Bologna. These events represent a unique opportunity to revisit the great hits that have made the group famous all over the world.
To make the event even more special, Simple Minds will be accompanied by a special guest: Level 42. The British band, famous for its funk and pop style, will open the concerts, further enriching the program for the two Italian evenings.
Ticket information is already available on the main online sales platforms. Given the importance of the anniversary and the large following that both groups boast in Italy, strong demand from the public is expected to secure a seat in the audience.
This celebratory tour confirms the deep bond between Simple Minds and the Italian public, who have followed their musical evolution with passion for decades. It will be an unmissable appointment for lovers of rock and pop music from the last fifty years.
