New digital opportunities: the University of Naples Federico II and DXC Technology train 25 data experts
The University of Naples Federico II has launched a strategic collaboration with DXC Technology Italy to establish the "EU-GENIA Academy." This training project was created with the goal of preparing 25 young talents for the challenges of the modern job market, which is increasingly oriented toward data analysis and new digital technologies.
The program is designed to bridge the gap between academic training and the real needs of companies. The selected students will have the opportunity to follow an intensive path that combines high-level theoretical lessons with practical exercises, using advanced technological tools provided by DXC Technology.
The initiative focuses in particular on "data-driven" skills, namely the ability to make business decisions based on accurate data analysis. In an ever-evolving global market, the demand for professionals capable of managing and interpreting large amounts of information is constantly increasing, making this type of training extremely valuable for the participants' professional futures.
At the end of the course, the 25 trained experts will be ready to enter the technology sector, contributing to the country's digital transformation. This model of cooperation between universities and businesses represents an important step in supporting youth employment in Italy and strengthening the competitiveness of Italian companies on the international stage.
With this project, Federico II confirms its role as a hub of excellence for innovation. The Academy is not just a training course, but a concrete investment in creating a new generation of professionals capable of leading Italy toward an increasingly technological and conscious future.
