Clashes between youths at Garbagnate station: 9-year-old boy injured
An afternoon of fear turned into a news story at the Garbagnate Milanese railway station. Two groups of youths clashed violently near the tracks, causing panic among the passengers present. The incident occurred around 5:20 PM, during a peak time for commuters.
According to initial reconstructions, the brawl broke out suddenly on platform 4. The youths involved used stones and sticks to hit each other, under the stunned eyes of passers-by waiting for the train. The violence of the scene immediately alarmed the people on the platform.
The consequences of the clash were serious. A boy of only 9 years old, who was in the station area, was hit in the face by a stone and was injured. In addition to the child's injury, the rain of stones caused material damage: a window of a train stopped at the station was completely destroyed by a blow.
Law enforcement intervened on the scene to restore calm and launch the necessary investigations. Officers are now working to identify all participants in the brawl and clarify the reasons that triggered such violence in a public place.
This incident has raised concern among citizens and regular travelers in the area. Security in railway stations has returned to the center of the debate, while the local community awaits updates on the health condition of the injured child and the outcome of the search for those responsible.
