Acea and GKSD Green Solutions: a new collaboration for waste management in Albania
The Italian company Acea has officially announced the signing of an important strategic agreement with GKSD Green Solutions Italy. This partnership aims to develop new projects in the waste management and circular economy sector in Albania, marking a significant step for the expansion of Italian companies into the Balkan market.
The project involves the construction and management of modern facilities for the treatment of municipal solid waste. The main goal is to transform waste into resources, promoting the recovery of materials and the production of renewable energy. Thanks to Acea's technological expertise, the initiative aims to improve the environmental efficiency of the Albanian disposal system.
This collaboration represents not only a technical commitment but also a strengthening of economic ties between Italy and Albania. The two companies will work together to implement sustainable solutions that comply with European standards, thereby contributing to the modernization of local infrastructure and reducing the environmental impact within Albanian territory.
The agreement is part of a broader context of international growth for Italian companies active in the public services sector. The focus on sustainability and intelligent resource management remains a priority for Acea, which continues to invest in projects capable of combining industrial innovation with environmental protection.
