Tourism: Slovakia opens a new office in Italy for the Southern European market
The Slovak national tourism agency has announced a major development for the travel sector. Starting next September, the organization will open a new regional office specifically dedicated to the Southern European market, with Italy at the center of this expansion strategy.
The decision to establish a base in Italy reflects Slovakia's desire to strengthen tourism ties with our country. The main goal of the office will be to promote Slovakia's natural beauty, historic cities, and cultural traditions to the Italian public, facilitating the exchange of information between the two markets.
This initiative aims to make Slovakia an increasingly accessible and well-known destination for Italian travelers. Through a direct presence in the territory, the national agency intends to offer more effective support to tour operators and tourists who wish to discover new destinations in the heart of Europe.
The opening of the office represents a significant step for Slovak tourism, which sees Southern Europe as an area of great potential. Thanks to this new structure, Slovakia hopes to increase the number of Italian visitors and consolidate a lasting collaboration with the national tourism sector.
