Electric mobility: the National Single Platform for charging stations is born
The Ministry of Environment and Energy Security has officially launched the National Single Platform (PUN), a new digital tool dedicated to electric mobility in Italy. The main objective of this project is to precisely map all charging points present throughout the national territory.
Thanks to this platform, citizens can now consult a complete and updated map that indicates where charging stations are located. The system provides detailed information not only on the geographical location but also on the technical characteristics and operating status of every available charging point.
The initiative represents an important step for those who own an electric vehicle or are thinking of purchasing one. Knowing the location and availability of charging stations in advance allows for better planning of trips, reducing the uncertainties related to battery range during long or daily journeys.
The creation of the PUN is part of a broader plan by the Italian government to foster the ecological transition and incentivize the use of low-emission transport. Making information more accessible is considered a fundamental element to encourage the spread of electric cars in our country.
In conclusion, the National Single Platform proposes itself as an essential reference point for motorists. The portal is already active and represents a useful resource for simplifying the charging experience and promoting more sustainable mobility on all Italian roads.
