Thinking About "Planetary Health": To Protect the Global Environment and Our Health
The Health and Global Policy Institute (HGPI) is calling for participants for a public symposium hosted by the Science Council of Japan, to be held on Monday, September 7, 2026. The theme for this event is "Planetary Health."
Planetary health is the concept that protecting the Earth's environment ultimately leads to the health and well-being of us humans. In recent years, climate change and environmental shifts have had a significant impact on our lives, and experts will be discussing this issue.
This symposium will be held in a hybrid format, allowing for both in-person attendance at the venue and online participation. It will be a valuable opportunity for not only experts but also many others interested in the global environment and health to gain new knowledge.
Applications are currently being accepted on the Health and Global Policy Institute website. At a time when the global environment is changing rapidly, why not join us in thinking about how we can continue to lead healthy and prosperous lives through this symposium?
