French chemical safety company KREATiS establishes Japanese subsidiary, expanding into Asia
KREATiS, a French-based company specializing in chemical safety, has established a Japanese subsidiary, "KREATiS Japan K.K." This marks the company's first base of operations outside of France. Established in Tokyo in April 2026, the subsidiary has officially commenced its activities in the Japanese market.
KREATiS is a company with advanced technical expertise in the safety assessment of chemical substances. It is particularly known for its proprietary technology called "iSAFERAT," which predicts the risks of chemicals while reducing the need for animal testing. This technology is gaining global attention for its contribution to environmental protection and the improvement of product safety.
With the company aiming to expand its business in the Asian region, the establishment of this Japanese base represents a significant step forward. As Japan has a highly developed chemical industry, KREATiS intends to collaborate with Japanese companies to support the research and development of safer chemical substances.
Moving forward, the company plans to actively participate in events such as the "SETAC Asia-Pacific Meeting," where experts from the Asia-Pacific region gather. By combining Japanese technical capabilities with French expertise, KREATiS Japan aims to contribute to the sustainable development of the chemical industry.
