Tuanku Fauziah Foundation Launches Women in Technology Award 2026
The Tuanku Fauziah Foundation (YTF) has officially launched the Women in Technology Award 2026. This initiative aims to recognize Malaysian women who have demonstrated extraordinary innovation in the field of technology.
This program is a significant step toward supporting women's participation in a male-dominated sector. The foundation hopes that this award will inspire more young women to pursue fields in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
Interested participants may submit their nominations based on projects or technological solutions that have made a positive impact on society. The evaluation criteria will focus on creativity, the effectiveness of the technology, and the potential for long-term contribution to the nation.
The launch ceremony also emphasized the importance of female leadership in driving Malaysia's digital economy. With support from various parties, it is hoped that more local talent can be highlighted on the international stage through this platform.
The nomination process is now open, and further information can be found on the official Tuanku Fauziah Foundation website. The organization of this award proves Malaysia's ongoing commitment to empowering women in a rapidly evolving digital era.
