Government Strengthens National Health Sector with Addition of New Positions
The Public Service Department (JPA) is currently actively implementing efforts to strengthen workforce planning in the national health sector. This step is being taken to ensure that the public health system is capable of accommodating the increasing needs of the people and providing higher quality services.
A total of 53,516 new positions have been created between 2019 and 2025. This addition aims to support operations at newly built health facilities as well as upgrade existing health facilities throughout Malaysia.
