IHH and UiTM Celebrate the Spirit of Independence Through the Youth Perspective
In conjunction with this year's National Day celebration, IHH Healthcare and Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) have launched a special initiative titled 'Merdeka Through Our Eyes'. This program aims to provide young people with the opportunity to express their views on the meaning of the country's independence through creative works.
This project is the result of a strategic collaboration between the industry and an educational institution, specifically through the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies at UiTM. Students are encouraged to use their communication skills to tell stories of patriotism that are relevant to the current generation.
Through this initiative, the organizers hope to foster a spirit of love for the country among university students. The main focus of the program is to ensure that the voices of the youth are heard and valued, while simultaneously strengthening their identity as the generation that will inherit the nation's leadership in the future.
Beyond serving as a creative platform, this program also aims to strengthen the relationship between the corporate sector and the academic world.
