Beaufort Sports Complex Expected to be Fully Completed by 2027
The Sabah Ministry of Youth and Sports (KBSK) has announced an allocation of RM6 million for the upgrading of the Beaufort Sports Complex. This project aims to improve existing sports facilities to make them more comfortable and safer for public use.
According to the ministry, these upgrading works include various improvements to the structures and sports facilities in the area. This step is taken to ensure that the residents of Beaufort have access to high-quality and modern sports facilities.
This development project is expected to be fully completed by 2027. The authorities hope that these renovated facilities will encourage a healthy lifestyle among local residents and serve as a better venue for hosting sports events in the future.
Furthermore, this effort is part of the state government's commitment to empowering sports development at the district level. With better facilities, it is hoped that new sports talent in Sabah can be discovered and developed more effectively.
