Hundreds of sports enthusiasts run for charity during Amsterdam UMC Run
Last Sunday, the Amsterdam UMC Run took place in Amsterdam Zuidoost. This sporting event attracted hundreds of participants of various ages to the area surrounding the hospital. The goal of the run is not only to stay fit, but also to raise awareness for the important role of the medical center in the region.
There were several distances for runners to choose from, ensuring everyone could participate. For the youngest participants and their families, there was the special 1.2-kilometer Family Run. For more experienced runners, challenging 5 and 10-kilometer routes were mapped out through the streets of Zuidoost.
The organization was handled by Amsterdam UMC, and times were officially recorded. The results for all categories have since been published online via Chronorace and uitslagen.nl. Here, all participants can see exactly how fast they completed the route and in which position they finished.
