Good news for motorcycle fans: Dutch TT 2026 to be available for free on YouTube
The Dutch TT in Assen is the absolute highlight of the motorsport year for many Dutch people. Every year, fans eagerly look forward to the exciting races on the famous circuit in Drenthe. For the 2026 edition, major news has now been announced regarding how people can follow the races.
Sports channel Ziggo Sport has announced that they will broadcast the footage of the Tissot Dutch TT in 2026. The most striking news is that the races will not only be available to people with a special subscription. The channel has decided to also offer the event for free via YouTube.
This is a significant change for sports enthusiasts in the Netherlands. Normally, it is often necessary to pay for a sports package to be able to watch major international competitions live. By streaming the races on YouTube, anyone with an internet connection can follow the action at the Assen circuit live and at no extra cost.
The Dutch TT is one of the oldest and most prestigious races on the MotoGP calendar. Every year, tens of thousands of visitors flock to the circuit to experience the speed and sound of the motorcycles in person. For fans who cannot be there in person, the free online broadcast offers an excellent alternative.
Although 2026 still seems far away, the organization is already working on plans for the future. With this new way of broadcasting, the channel hopes to reach a wider audience and get more people excited about motorsport. It promises to be a spectacular weekend for all Dutch sports fans.
