Dutch showjumpers miss final in Barcelona
The Dutch showjumping team has failed to qualify for the prestigious Longines League of Nations final in Barcelona. During the recent competition, the team finished in ninth place, which unfortunately was not enough to advance to the second round.
As a result of this outcome, the Netherlands will miss the final in Spain. The riders had hoped for a better placement, but the competition was very strong this year. Missing the final is a disappointment for the team, which has worked hard over the past period to establish itself at the top of the rankings.
Despite the result, the riders remain focused on the future. The national coach and the riders emphasize that this competition has been an important learning moment. They see the experience gained as a valuable investment for upcoming tournaments and the further development of the horses.
The sporting focus now shifts to the next challenges on the international calendar. The team will use the coming time to analyze what can be improved, so that they can return stronger on the world stage in the future.
