Software companies Syntess, ENK, and Brink to continue together as Aceve
The parent company Aceve has announced that three well-known Dutch software companies are joining forces. As of September 1, 2026, Syntess Software, ENK Software, and the former Brink Software will merge into a single organization under the name Aceve.
This step is intended to better align the various services and products of the three companies. Through this merger, the company aims to work more efficiently and offer customers a broader package of software solutions in the future. The three companies are known for their expertise in software for the construction and installation sectors.
Under the new structure, there will be one central management team for the entire organization. This is expected to ensure a clearer direction and a stronger position in the Dutch market. For the current customers of the three companies, little will change in the short term, but in the long term, they will benefit from the combined knowledge of the new organization.
The integration of the three companies is a significant change within the Dutch IT sector. With this merger, Aceve hopes to better respond to the growing demand for digital support in the technical sector. The coming period will be dedicated to preparations for the final merger in 2026.
