Dutch organizations struggle with data sharing
Many Dutch organizations are struggling to share data with other companies in a safe and effective manner. Recent research by FONK magazine shows that the foundation for this digital collaboration in our country is not yet strong enough.
Only 37 percent of the organizations surveyed have a comprehensive strategy for working in so-called data ecosystems. This means that a large majority is not yet ready to exchange data with partners or other sectors in a professional way.
Sharing data is essential for innovation and economic growth in modern society. When companies are better able to combine their data, they can develop new services faster and work more efficiently. The lack of a solid foundation therefore hinders the Netherlands' digital progress.
Experts emphasize that organizations need to invest more in the right technology and clear agreements. Only through better collaboration and stricter rules for data management can the Netherlands maintain its position as a digital leader.
