IT companies Ker Bolton and Reverz to join forces
The Dutch IT sector is seeing a significant change. The two IT specialists, Ker Bolton and Reverz, have announced that they are joining forces. Through this collaboration, the companies aim to strengthen their market position.
Both organizations were already active in the same sector and complement each other well. By working together, they hope to better serve their clients and bring more expertise under one roof. This is a strategic choice to be able to compete more effectively in the future.
The two companies will now operate under the joint name Reverz. For Ker Bolton's clients, this means that they will henceforth be doing business with the new, larger organization. The integration of the two teams is already underway.
This merger creates a new player that is ready for the challenges in the Dutch IT world. It is a notable development for the sector, where scaling up is often seen as a way to promote innovation and growth.
