Savills Netherlands announces new board members for the future
International real estate advisor Savills has announced significant changes at the top of its Dutch organization. From July 1, 2026, two new faces will take charge of key departments. This early announcement demonstrates that the company places great value on thorough preparation and continuity within the organization.
One of the new appointments is Inge Schuijers. She will become the new Head of Marketing & Business Development. In this role, she will be responsible for how Savills presents itself in the Netherlands. She will also seek out new opportunities and collaborations in the market to further grow the company and increase brand awareness.
Additionally, Wouter van 't Grunewold has been appointed to a new leadership position within the office. Together with Schuijers, he will play a key role in the management team of the Dutch branch. The goal of these strategic changes is to strengthen and modernize Savills' position as an expert in the complex real estate sector.
Savills is a global company specializing in commercial real estate. In the Netherlands, they advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing offices, retail spaces, and other large properties. As the real estate market is constantly in flux due to economic changes, a strong and experienced management team is essential for a company of this size.
Although the new directors will not officially start their new roles for more than two years, the news already provides clarity within the sector. It indicates that Savills is choosing stability and a clear long-term course. In the coming years, under current leadership, the company will continue to focus on innovation and expert advice for its Dutch clients.
