Air New Zealand has announced a special charter flight to support the New Zealand Warriors as they head into their upcoming finals match. The airline, calling the service the “Wahs Express,” will transport 160 excited supporters to the game this Saturday.
The travel package is priced at $449 per person. This cost covers a one-way flight to the match location and a Category One ticket to watch the game live. The initiative aims to make it easier for fans to travel and show their support for the team during this important stage of the competition.
The Warriors have seen a surge in popularity this season, and the demand for travel to their away games has been high. By providing this dedicated charter service, the airline hopes to help fans experience the excitement of the finals in person without the stress of booking regular commercial flights.
Supporters interested in the package are encouraged to act quickly, as the flight is limited to 160 passengers. This special service highlights the strong connection between the national airline and the country's sporting community as the team prepares for a crucial performance.
