Singaporean company buys property in Andøy
A company from Singapore has recently invested in Norwegian real estate. The company, which works with krill oil, has purchased a residence in Bjørnskinn in Andøy municipality.
The property is located at Bjørnskinnveien 644. According to public documents, the house was sold for 1.66 million kroner.
It is not yet known exactly what the company intends to use the property for. The krill oil industry is a growing sector, and many international players are showing interest in Norwegian resources and locations.
The purchase in Bjørnskinn is an example of how foreign companies are increasingly making investments in rural Norway. Local authorities will now monitor how the property is utilized in the future.
