Top executives in Central Asia bet big on artificial intelligence
Over 150 top executives from Kazakhstan and other countries in Central Eurasia have started an extensive educational program. The program, named "AI Leaders 2026," is designed to provide leaders with the necessary knowledge on how artificial intelligence can be used in professional life and society.
The initiative has been launched by authorities in the region. The goal is to modernize the public sector and the business community by adopting new technology. By training high-level leaders, the authorities hope to facilitate faster digital development in the years to come.
Artificial intelligence is changing the way many organizations work all over the world. In Norway and Europe, we also see that both public agencies and private companies are investing heavily in competence development to keep up with technological progress. The experiences from the program in Central Asia may provide insight into how large organizations can adapt to a digital future.
It is expected that the program will last for an extended period. Participants will undergo courses that focus on both the strategic use of technology and ethical challenges related to artificial intelligence. This is an important step for the region to become more competitive in a global economy.
