Norway is lagging behind in the use of artificial intelligence
A new report from TEK Norge shows that Norwegian companies are using less artificial intelligence (AI) than our neighboring countries. Norway is now at the bottom of the Nordic region when it comes to the implementation of this technology in the business sector.
In addition to low AI usage, the report shows that Norway scores poorly on several international innovation indices. This means that Norwegian companies face challenges in adopting new solutions that can streamline work processes and increase competitiveness.
Experts point out that a lack of investment and expertise may be reasons why development is slower in Norway than among our neighbors. For Norwegian business to keep pace with international developments, there is a need for more focus on technological transformation.
The situation gives cause for concern regarding future growth. If Norwegian companies fail to exploit the opportunities inherent in artificial intelligence, it may become more difficult to compete in a global market in the years to come.
