New leader for Knowit Norway: – Technology is an opportunity, not a threat
The IT company Knowit has hired a new leader for its Norwegian operations. The new head will lead the company forward during a time when the technology industry is undergoing major changes, with offices spread across the country, including cities such as Stavanger and Kristiansand.
In connection with the appointment, the new leader has shared their thoughts on the future of the consulting industry. One of the main topics is artificial intelligence, which many today fear could replace human labor. The new Norway head, however, is optimistic and believes that the technology does not pose a threat to consultants.
Instead of fearing artificial intelligence, the leader points out that it is old technology that is the biggest challenge for companies today. Being stuck with outdated computer systems can hinder innovation and efficiency. Therefore, the main focus moving forward will be to help clients modernize their solutions.
Knowit is thus continuing its focus on consulting and digitalization. With the new leadership in place, the goal is to strengthen the company's position in the Norwegian market by combining human expertise with modern technology.
