Singaporean company has purchased property in Andøy
A company from Singapore has recently invested in Norwegian real estate. The company, which works with krill oil, has purchased a residence in Bjørnskinn in Andøy municipality.
The property is located at Bjørnskinnveien 644. According to public documents, the house was sold for 1.66 million kroner.
It is currently unknown what the company intends to use the property for. The krill oil company has not provided any official comment regarding its plans for the purchase in Nordland.
The purchase in Bjørnskinn is unusual news for the local community. It is rare for foreign companies to purchase residential properties in this part of the country.
