Three major energy clusters merge into one national force
Three established Norwegian energy clusters have decided to merge. The goal of the merger is to create a stronger national player capable of meeting the future challenges of the energy sector.
The new organization has been named Energy Cluster Norway (ECN). By pooling resources from three different environments, they aim to strengthen cooperation between companies, research institutions, and authorities across the country.
In total, the new cluster consists of over 350 member companies. This gives ECN a significant voice in the debate on how Norway should develop new energy solutions in the years to come.
The merger is an important step in ensuring that Norway remains a leader in energy technology. By working together nationally, the members hope to increase the pace of innovation and create new jobs in an industry that is undergoing rapid change.
