The Sony Grant 2026: New opportunity for female artists in Norway
Sony Music Norway has now opened the application process for the Sony Grant 2026. This is a financial offering aimed at female artists who are in the early stages of their music careers.
The purpose of the grant is to provide support to talents who are working to establish themselves in the music industry. By offering financial resources, Sony wishes to contribute to ensuring more women have the opportunity to develop their creative potential and take the next step in their careers.
To be eligible for the grant, the artist must be based in Norway. The scheme is specifically designed for those who have already begun creating music but need additional resources to reach a wider audience or professionalize their work.
The application deadline is an important opportunity for many young talents. Interested parties are encouraged to review the criteria to see if they qualify for the support. This measure is one of several initiatives in the music industry to promote diversity and support new voices in Norwegian cultural life.
