Singaporean company has purchased property in Bjørnskinn
A company from Singapore has recently purchased a residence in Bjørnskinn in Andøy municipality. The property, which is located on Bjørnskinnveien, was sold for 1.66 million kroner.
The company is involved in the production of krill oil, a product often used in dietary supplements. It is currently unknown what the company plans to use the house for in the future.
The purchase in the small village has attracted local attention. It is unusual for foreign companies to invest in residential properties in this manner in the districts of Northern Norway.
The property was registered as sold for 1.66 million kroner in the public records. Local authorities and residents are now monitoring whether the purchase will lead to new activity in the area.
