Accession to Pakistan Day: Reiteration of Solidarity with the Kashmiri People
'Accession to Pakistan Day' was observed across Pakistan, aimed at renewing the historical and unbreakable bond between Pakistan and the Kashmiri people. On the occasion of this day, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar said in his message that this day is a symbol of the deep ties between Pakistan and Kashmir.
Government officials state that Pakistan remains committed to continuing its political, moral, and diplomatic support for the Kashmiris. This day serves as a reminder of the historical resolution in which the Kashmiri people decided to accede to Pakistan.
During the ceremonies, speakers emphasized that the Kashmir issue is the most important part of Pakistan's foreign policy. They demanded that the international community play its role in granting Kashmiris their right to self-determination.
On this occasion, rallies were held and special events were organized in various cities across the country, where participants expressed complete solidarity with the Kashmiri people. Participants held placards bearing slogans in favor of freedom and the right to self-determination.
