Announcement of 'Karakoram 2026' Joint Military Exercises Between Pakistan and China
Pakistan and China have announced the holding of a new joint military exercise, 'Karakoram 2026', to further strengthen mutual defense cooperation. These exercises are an important part of the long-standing military ties between the two countries, aimed at improving security and stability in the region.
Troops from the armed forces of both countries will participate in this exercise, where they will exchange ideas on modern combat tactics and counter-terrorism methods. Such exercises help the armies of both countries learn from each other's experiences and achieve common goals.
'Karakoram 2026' is named after the famous Karakoram mountain range located in the northern regions of Pakistan. This area is of great geographical and strategic importance to both countries, where both nations have previously held joint training programs several times.
Officials from Pakistan and China state that these exercises are not against any third country; rather, their primary objective is to hone the professional capabilities of both countries' armed forces. This cooperation will further strengthen the bond of friendship and trust between the two nations.
These exercises will prove to be the beginning of a new chapter in the defense partnership between Pakistan and China in the coming times. Military experts from both countries are in constant contact regarding the preparations for this training program to ensure the success of the exercise.
