Launch of the First Premium 'Khush Amdeed' Service at Pakistan's Airports
The Pakistan Airports Authority has launched a new and modern service for the convenience of passengers. Named 'Khush Amdeed', it is the first premium 'meet and assist' service of its kind in Pakistan. This initiative aims to further enhance and simplify the passenger experience at airports.
This new service is the result of an important strategic partnership between 'Wali Group' and 'Al-Nazawi'. Under this partnership, both organizations will work together to provide international-standard facilities to passengers. Previously, no such comprehensive service was available at Pakistan's airports in collaboration with the private sector.
Through the 'Khush Amdeed' service, passengers will be provided with special assistance at every stage, from arriving at the airport to boarding the aircraft. This includes luggage handling, fast-track check-in, and a dignified reception for passengers. This service will be particularly helpful for senior citizens, families traveling with children, and business professionals.
