First 'Premium Meet and Assist' Service Launched for Passengers at Islamabad Airport
The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) and Wali Al-Nazawi have launched a new and modern service at Islamabad International Airport. This service has been named 'Khush Amdeed'. It is the first 'Premium Meet and Assist' service of its kind in Pakistan, aimed at further improving and simplifying the passenger experience at the airport.
Under the 'Khush Amdeed' service, passengers will be provided with special facilities during arrival and departure at the airport. These facilities include luggage handling, assistance with the check-in process, and 'fast-track' clearance for immigration. This service will be particularly useful for passengers traveling for the first time or those who need help with complex airport procedures.
This project has been specifically designed keeping in mind the needs of families, senior citizens, and business travelers. Through this service, passengers will be relieved from standing in long queues and will be able to save their valuable time. Officials state that the objective of this service is to provide international standard facilities at Pakistan's airports so that passengers do not face any kind of difficulty.
This project is an important link in the cooperation between the government and the private sector. Currently, this service has been launched only at Islamabad Airport, but there are plans to expand it to airports in other major cities like Karachi and Lahore in the future. This initiative is also expected to benefit the tourism and travel industry in Pakistan and create opportunities for foreign investment.
The provision of such modern facilities at the airport will highlight Pakistan's positive image worldwide. This service will prove to be a pleasant experience not only for local passengers but also for guests arriving from abroad. This will lead to improvements in airport management, making passengers' journeys more comfortable and peaceful than before.
