Indian Foreign Minister's statement on India-Russia relations
Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar recently spoke about Russia-India relations during an event. He stated that Russia has supported India during difficult times, especially when a large part of the world was supporting Pakistan.
This statement from the Indian Foreign Minister comes at a time when many changes are taking place in global politics. He emphasized that the relations between Moscow and Delhi are decades old and are based on a strategic partnership.
From Pakistan's perspective, this statement reflects the changing diplomatic situation in the region. Pakistan and Russia's relations have also improved in recent years; however, the long-standing ties between India and Russia still hold global significance.
Experts believe that such statements between global powers are important for the countries of the region. Pakistan is trying to maintain a balance in its foreign policy so that it can establish better relations with all major countries.
Analysts monitoring this situation say that diplomatic activities in South Asia may increase further in the coming times. Both Pakistan and India are striving to advance their global relations in accordance with their national interests.
