Research on Doctors' Awareness of Medical Ethics at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences
An important research study has been conducted at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), located in Pakistan's capital, Islamabad, regarding doctors' awareness of medical ethics. The primary objective of this research was to determine the extent to which doctors working at the hospital understand and adhere to ethical principles while performing their professional duties.
Medical ethics serve as the backbone of any hospital system. This research examined the factors that influence doctors' ethical decision-making. Protecting patients' rights, transparency during treatment, and a sense of professional responsibility are among the key points of this study.
