Former Prime Minister Imran Khan transferred back to jail after medical examination
Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has been transferred back to jail following a brief medical examination. Medical experts have declared him healthy, after which he was sent back to Adiala Jail from the hospital.
Imran Khan was shifted to the hospital a few days ago for medical reasons, where a team of doctors conducted a detailed examination. During his stay at the hospital, strict security arrangements were in place, and various speculations were being made regarding his health.
After the medical examination, the doctors issued a report stating that the former Prime Minister's health is satisfactory and there is no need to keep him in the hospital any longer. Following this report, the authorities decided to transfer him back to jail immediately.
Following this development, an increase in political tension has been observed in various parts of the country. Workers of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) have protested against this decision and have intensified their demands for the release of their leader.
The administration has made special security arrangements around the jail and the hospital to avoid any untoward situation. Government sources say that this step has been taken solely in accordance with medical instructions.
