Decision to Hire Foreign Coaches for the Improvement of Pakistan Hockey
The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has announced a major plan to improve the performance of the national hockey team. Following the team's disappointing performance in the recent FIH Pro League, the federation has decided to make significant changes to the hockey structure to help the team get back on its feet.
Under this new plan, the Pakistan Hockey Federation is considering hiring foreign coaches and trainers from countries such as Australia, the Netherlands, and Germany. These nations are considered the best in the world of hockey, and the federation believes that the assistance of these experts will help improve the techniques of Pakistani players.
These new changes will not be limited to the senior team; foreign expertise will also be utilized at the junior level. The federation aims to create a system where young players are trained according to modern hockey principles from the very beginning, ensuring they are prepared for international competitions in the future.
Hockey fans in Pakistan are hopeful that these measures will improve the state of the national sport. The inclusion of foreign coaches will provide Pakistani players with the opportunity to learn new techniques, which are essential for achieving success in global competitions and bringing pride to Pakistan.
