Pakistan Sports Board decides to take action against parallel federations
The Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) has made a significant decision to improve the sports system in the country. The board announced on Wednesday that it will initiate strict legal action against parallel sports federations established in the country.
The Pakistan Sports Board is the largest government sports organization in the country. Officials state that the existence of more than one federation for a single sport is detrimental to athletes and the promotion of sports. This situation causes difficulties for athletes in participating in international competitions.
According to the statement issued by the board, all such organizations operating illegally will be identified. The purpose of this initiative is to bring transparency to the sports sector and ensure discipline.
This decision is expected to have a positive impact on the future of sports in Pakistan. The Sports Board believes that improving sports institutions is the only way to create opportunities for bringing new talent to the forefront in the country.
In the coming days, the procedure for this action will be finalized. Sports experts are welcoming this decision as it will improve the management and administration of sports in Pakistan.
