Significant Progress in Providing Visa Facilities Between Pakistan and Croatia
An important step has been taken to improve relations between Pakistan and the European country Croatia. The Government of Pakistan is working rapidly to open a Croatian visa processing center in Islamabad to facilitate Pakistani citizens in obtaining visas.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has provided key information in this regard. He stated that both countries agree on accelerating the visa process so that students, businesspeople, and tourists do not face difficulties. In this connection, continuous contact is being maintained with Croatian authorities to complete this project as soon as possible.
Currently, many Pakistanis have to contact embassies in other countries to obtain a Croatian visa, which causes them considerable hardship. The opening of this facility in Islamabad will not only save time but also reduce visa expenses. This initiative will also prove helpful in enhancing trade and people-to-people contacts between the two countries.
The government hopes that this visa center will start operations soon. This will not only strengthen diplomatic ties between Pakistan and Croatia but also create new employment opportunities in Europe for Pakistani skilled workers. This decision is being viewed as a sign of a positive shift in Pakistan's foreign policy.
