104 Afghan families return home from Pakistan and Iran
According to a recent official statement, approximately 104 Afghan families have returned to their homeland from Pakistan and Iran. These families include a total of 448 individuals. These people had been living in the neighboring countries for a long time, but have now decided to return to Afghanistan.
Afghan authorities confirmed this return on Sunday. Officials say that measures are being taken to provide necessary facilities to these returning families. This process indicates that cross-border movement continues to take place.
Movement across the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan is a routine process. A large number of Afghan refugees reside in Pakistan, from which families return to their homeland from time to time. Authorities from both countries ensure mutual cooperation during this process.
This repatriation process is also monitored by international organizations to ensure that the return of the families is safe and dignified. It is also expected that more families will return in the coming days.
