PKO BP announces technical break: difficulties for customers this Sunday
The largest bank in Poland, PKO BP, has informed its customers of a planned technical break. The maintenance work is aimed at improving the quality of services and the security of banking systems, but it will involve temporary difficulties for users.
The interruption in service access will begin on Sunday, September 20, exactly at midnight. The difficulties will last for over 12 hours, and systems are expected to return to full functionality on Sunday at 12:30 PM.
During this time, customers will not be able to use the iPKO online services or the IKO mobile application. This means there will be no possibility to log in to accounts, make online transfers, or check transaction history via the internet.
The bank recommends that customers plan all important financial operations before the maintenance work begins. It is worth remembering to make transfers or withdraw cash in advance if it will be needed on Sunday morning.
After the technical work is completed, all banking services should function in the standard way. In case of any problems with account access after 12:30 PM, the bank recommends contacting the helpline or restarting the application.
