ERBUD company has signed a major construction contract
The Polish construction company ERBUD S.A. has announced the signing of a new, significant agreement with a subcontractor. The partner for this project is the company TEDOM Poland. The value of the contract is 127.7 million PLN net.
According to the official announcement, the agreement concerns the execution of specific construction works. The cooperation between the two companies aims to efficiently carry out the investment, which is important for the development of both enterprises' operations in the Polish market.
The document also includes provisions regarding financial security. The agreement provides for security in the form of a performance bond. It amounts to 10 percent of the net value of the total remuneration, which is standard practice in large construction projects.
