Success of Polish Athlete at the Military Judo Championships
The CISM Regional Military Judo Championships took place in recent days. This prestigious sporting event brought together soldier-athletes from various countries who competed for medals in this demanding discipline. The solemn closing ceremony was a moment full of emotion, during which the tournament's best athletes were honored.
Poland has special reasons to be pleased, as a representative of our country stood on the podium. Ilona Chruszcz won third place and secured a bronze medal. Her success is proof of the high level of sportsmanship in the Polish army and the result of hard work and many hours of training.
The competition in the tournament was at a very high level. First place and the gold medal were won by Laura Espadinha from France, while second place went to Xalima Kurbonova from Uzbekistan. These competitions are organized under the patronage of the International Military Sports Council (CISM), whose goal is to build friendship between nations through sport.
Such events are extremely important for the military community. They allow soldiers not only to develop physical fitness but also to exchange experiences with colleagues from other countries. We congratulate all the winners, and in particular our compatriot, for worthily representing Poland on the international stage.
