Asseco Poland acquires Mc Comp: an important change in the technology market
Polish technology company Asseco Poland has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Mc Comp. The IT giant has become the owner of 96 percent of the shares in the enterprise, which has been providing specialized business solutions for over three decades.
Mc Comp is known on the market for creating proprietary software that supports the daily operations of many entrepreneurs. Currently, over 3,000 gas stations across the country use the company's solutions. This software assists in managing sales and customer service.
Beyond the fuel sector, Mc Comp has also been actively operating for years in the HoReCa industry, which includes hospitality and gastronomy. Its systems are also used in recreational facilities, making it an important technology provider for the service sector in Poland.
Experts emphasize that this transaction is another step by Asseco Poland toward strengthening its position in the market for retail and service software. By incorporating Mc Comp into its group, Asseco gains access to new clients and an experienced team of specialists.
