Polish scientists return to the country thanks to the "Polish Returns" program
Poland is becoming an increasingly important point on the global scientific map. Thanks to special government initiatives, Polish universities and research institutes are attracting experts who have previously developed their careers at renowned foreign centers.
A key role in this process is played by the "Polish Returns" program, organized by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA). Its main goal is to encourage outstanding Polish scientists to return to their homeland and continue their research in the country.
The results of the program so far are very promising. As reported by NAWA, 109 scientists have already decided to return to Poland. These are individuals who have achieved success in research work all over the world and are now sharing their knowledge and experience with Polish students and research teams.
The return of these specialists is of great importance for the development of Polish science. Thanks to them, domestic universities can more easily establish cooperation with international partners and implement innovative projects that raise the prestige of Polish higher education.
This initiative shows that Poland is creating increasingly better conditions for scientific work. The success of the "Polish Returns" program is an important step towards building a strong intellectual base that will support the development of a modern economy in the coming years.
