Open training sessions for Poland Business Run 2026 begin
The Poland Business Run Foundation has announced the start of a series of open running training sessions. This is an excellent opportunity for residents of Krakow and Warsaw to get in shape ahead of the upcoming 2026 edition of the race. The sessions are aimed at everyone who wants to improve their physical fitness and spend time outdoors.
The training sessions will take place regularly at selected locations in two major Polish cities. The organizers invite both experienced runners and those just beginning their adventure with sports. Professional coaches will help participants properly prepare for the exertion and avoid dangerous injuries.
The main goal of these meetings is to integrate the local community and promote a healthy lifestyle. Poland Business Run is a nationwide charitable business relay. Thanks to this initiative, funds are raised every year to help people with physical disabilities and those after amputations.
Participation in the training sessions is free of charge, which further encourages physical activity. It is not only a sports warm-up but also a great way to meet new people and support a noble cause. The organizers hope that running together will motivate Poles to exercise regularly, not just before the race itself, but throughout the year.
