New retail park in Krotoszyn: Opening later this year
LCP Poland has announced details of its latest investment in Greater Poland. A modern retail facility named M Park will be built in Krotoszyn. This is the company's ninth development project, demonstrating the dynamic growth of the retail park sector in smaller Polish cities.
The new retail park will have an area of almost 6,700 square meters. The building will accommodate 15 different tenants. These will be well-known brands offering the region's residents a wide selection of products, including groceries, clothing, and everyday items.
Work on the project is proceeding according to schedule. The grand opening of M Park in Krotoszyn is planned for the fourth quarter of this year. Even now, during the construction phase, the investment is attracting significant interest from companies wishing to open their stores there.
Such investments are very important for local communities. The new shopping center means not only greater convenience for shoppers but also new jobs for the residents of Krotoszyn and the surrounding area. As a result, the city is becoming more modern and attractive to its residents.
LCP Poland continues its strategy of building retail parks throughout Poland. The company focuses on locations that are easily accessible and provide quick shopping close to home. M Park Krotoszyn is another step in the implementation of these plans, which will strengthen the retail offering in this region.
