Young talents from the Polish diaspora return to the country: success of the Poland. Business Adventure program
The Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, have announced the success of the latest edition of the "Poland. Business Adventure" program. This initiative aims to attract young, ambitious people of Polish descent living abroad to Poland. The program offers participants support in establishing business contacts and learning about the Polish labor market.
Participants in the program are often students or young entrepreneurs who want to develop their projects in Poland. Thanks to cooperation with experts from PAIH, young people can count on advice regarding starting businesses and access to modern technologies. The organizers emphasize that the goal is to utilize the potential of the Polish diaspora to strengthen the Polish economy and build strong international relations.
During this year's edition, young Poles from various corners of the world had the opportunity to visit Polish companies, technology parks, and institutions supporting innovation. These meetings allowed participants to better understand how dynamically the Polish business sector is developing. Many people taking part in the program declare a desire to return to the country permanently and invest in local ventures.
The "Poland. Business Adventure" program is becoming an important tool in the fight for talent in the global market. Thanks to such initiatives, Poland is becoming an increasingly attractive place for people who want to combine their international experience with Polish entrepreneurship. The success of this edition promises the continuation of the project in the coming years, which may bring tangible benefits to the country's economic development.
